Menara PanGlobal is a 38-storey office cum hotel suites building with 2 basements. The building is located at the heart of the Golden Triangle, adjacent to UBN Tower and the Shangrila Hotel and has 36 levels, of which 18 levels are lettable office space, 8 levels of car parks space and 9 levels of hotel suites.
The building automation system is of a world class standard with integrated computerized system for operating lifts; air conditioning; power supply and fire protection. Central service core allows for maximum flexibility of layout and optimum natural light. State of the art telecommunications provided by Telekom Malaysia Berhad and Maxis. Security is provided 24 hours a day and manned by well trained security guards.

Architectural features of Menara PanGlobal
• External - structured frameless reflective laminated glass curtain wall to Northeast and Southwest walls. Remaining wall areas in imported white solid glass mosaic wall tiles. Entrance archway in imported granite.
• Internal - main office entrance mainly in imported granite and marble. Typical office lobbies have moulder ceilings, concealed lights and classic architraves. Typical office floors have suspended acoustics ceilings with inset fluorescent light fittings providing 350 - 400 lux.
• Air Conditioning - Carrier plant using R22 refrigerant throughout. Lower ground floors separate water-cooled packaged unit to facilitate after hours use. Ground and mezzanine floors, independent air-cooled package system. Office floors, water cooled package systems with cooling towers and condenser pumps at the top of the building. Two water-cooled packages per floor. Separate system for hotel suites.
• Lifts - Eleven Fujitec fully computerised system comprising two 15-person capacity [1,500 kg] lifts serving lower ground, ground, mezzanine and all car-parking floors. Six lifts including a firemen's lift 20 person capacity [1,350 kg] serving all office floors. Separate lifts and lobbies for hotel apartments.
• Building Automation System- Comprehensive system incorporating a security sub-system to provide monitoring for air-conditioning plant, lighting, power & emergency power supply, security alarms and fire detection equipment.
• Emergency Power - a 1,000 KVA standby generator provides for the automatic start-up of emergency power, sprinklers and fire fighting equipment.
• Fire-fighting equipment - the building is fully served by sprinklers, wet risers, hose reels, hydrants, smoke detectors and central monitoring to the Fire and Rescue Department.
