Proposed Transfer Of The General Insurance Business Of PanGlobal Insurance Berhad ("PGI") To Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad Vide A Scheme Of Transfer Pursuant To Part XI Of The Insurance ACT 1996 ("Scheme")

The Scheme was confirmed by the High Court of Malaya on 2 December 2008 and the transfer of Sale Assets and Sale Liabilities to Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad will take effect on 1 February 2009.
